• Description:
• The subject of the order is the construction of a heat pipeline to an indoor swimming pool in Gostyń. The scope of work includes: preparatory works, construction of a heating network - earthworks, construction of a heating network - assembly works, reconstruction of the asphalt road surface, Reconstruction of the sidewalk surface with concrete cubes, Reconstruction of green areas, Finishing works and tidying up the area. The Contractor's obligations that are not included in the documentation or cost estimates include: Obtaining all agreements and permits required for the implementation of this facility; Informing all network operators about the implementation of the task before the start of work; Surveying services and preparation of post-construction surveying inventory, carrying out measurements and material tests at my own expense; Costs of securing and settling media; Costs of supervision over technical infrastructure. The above costs should be included in the offer and no separate cost items should be included. The ordering party sets the basic warranty period at 60 months.
