Description:
The subject of the order is: construction of a high -efficiency cogeneration unit with a total electrical and heat capacity above 10 MW per gas with a heat magazine with a capacity of 2000 m3. More information is included in point 5.1.
The subject of the contract is: "Construction of a high -efficiency unit cogeneration with a total electrical and thermal power above 10 MW per gas together with a heat -warehouse with a capacity of 2000 m3 ". The implementation of the investment task consists in the construction of a gas heat and power plant with a heat storage, including providing the delivery of fully functional and operating two equal cogenerational aggregates (hereinafter producing units), in which the power units are to be gas -powered combustion engines. Production units are to be installed in dedicated container buildings in the area belonging entirely to the Employer. Scope of investment It covers design work, all arrangements to obtain a building permit, delivery, construction and assembly works, launching all devices and installations, start-up and allowing the use of a complete production system in combination of electricity and heat for purpose for purpose for continuous work and thermal energy production for the needs of the municipal heating network.
