The subject of the order is: Construction of home sewage treatment plants in the Frysztak Commune along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure in accordance with: 1) designs constituting annexes to SWZ No.: a) 9 land development designs for Glinik Grny - 4 sets b) 9A - technical designs for Glinik Grny c) 9.1 - Gogow area development designs, 5 sets d) 9.1.A - Gogow technical designs e) 9.2 - Huta Gogoowska land development designs - 34 sets f) 9.2.A - Technical designs of Huta Gogoowska 2) Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 11 to SWZ, 3) Bills of quantities constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ,4) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ,5) The detailed scope of the works is detailed in the annexes to the SWZ, design documentation, bills of quantities, description of the subject of the order and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works construction. 6) Additional requirements in relation to the subject of the order: a) The contractor will bear the costs of using the area during the works, maintaining the construction site and the adjacent area and restoring the area to its original state, as well as the costs of the...
