4.4. The subject of the order is the execution of design works, obtaining permits and construction works consisting in the construction of an indoor swimming pool along with
"Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the town of Łukow", in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
4.5.
