Description:
1. The subject of this order is the construction of an installation for the thermal processing of municipal waste with a capacity of 2.95 Mg/h and a calorific value of 12 MJ/kg. The investment will include the following installations and facilities:
a. waste unloading hall,
b. waste bunker,
c.steam boiler,
d.steam turbine set with a heat exchanger,
e.flue gas treatment installations with a chimney and air pollution emission monitoring system,
f.auxiliary installations (water and compressed air preparation, fire-fighting power generator),
g. power output systemelectrical,
h. heat exhaust system,
i. administrative and social building,
j. truck scale,
k. road system, parking lots, sidewalks, street furniture,
l. internal and external sanitary installations.
The contractor will also perform all necessary designs and obtain decisions necessary for usea Installation.
The order is to be carried out on a turnkey basis, which means "comprehensive design, delivery, construction, assembly, commissioning, commissioning and commissioning". This formula covers the implementation of all projects, supplies, services, construction and assembly works, as well as obtained resultse of all decisions that are necessary for the subject of the contract to achieve the required operational characteristics, guaranteed technical parameters, full operational capacity and be used in accordance with its intended purpose.
