Description of the subject of the contract:
a) The subject of the order is a construction work consisting in the construction of an integrated interchange along with the P&R Bronowice parking lot and a bus terminal in Krakow.
The task will be implemented on the basis of an agreement concluded on 23.05.2025 between:
Commune Miejska Krakow - Road Administration of the City of Krakow,
Centralna 53, 31-586 Krakow (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party 1)
38 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1320 from Pozn. d.), The parties designate from each other the Road Administration of the City of Krakow as an ordering party authorized to conduct the proceedings and award the contract on behalf of the parties and for them.
b) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
- designed contract provisions (PPU), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ,
- technical specifications of construction and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB) constituting Annex 6 to SWZ,
- project documentation constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
- bill of quantities - a table of settlement elements (TER) constituting Annex 8 to SWZ,
- detailing the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 16 to SWZ.
