- 1. The subject of the order is the construction of an internal elevator adapted to the needs of people with disabilities in the COS Torwar Ice Rink facility in the design and build formula.2. The subject of the order includes, among others: 1) Preparation of design documentation for the crane passenger division into appropriate sectors, 2) delivery and installation of new lifting equipment along with the performance of necessary construction works, including the construction of a power supply installation, construction of foundations for the elevator shaft and the elevator shaft, 3) participation in activities before the Office Technical Inspection related to the admission of the passenger lift to trading, 4) maintenance of the passenger lift during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection and applicable regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of October 30, 2018 on the technical conditions of technical supervision in the field of operation, repair and modernization of material handling equipment. 3. Detailed requirements are presented in the FUP constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.4. The Contractor must provide social facilities on its own in a place provided by the Ordering Party.
