Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task entitled: Construction of irrigation for the sports field at ul. Brzenicka 26 in Radomsko in the design-build formula, a task implemented as part of the 9th edition of the Citizens' Budget. Irrigation of the pitch on B26.2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the contract and program functional and utility, geotechnical opinion, principles of technical knowledge and applicable regulations.3. The subject of the order includes the design and execution of construction works including the construction of irrigation for the pitch at ul. Brzenicka 26 in Radomsko as part of the task of irrigating the pitch at B 26 on the plot registration no. 266 orb 0015 Radomsko, in particular: 1) preparation of complete multi-discipline design documentation, including technical documentation including construction design and executive design, technical specifications, cost estimates; specified in detail in section 6. 1 of the contract that meets the requirements of i covering the entire scope contained in the FUP and the provisions of the contract, along with obtaining the necessary arrangements and decisions, including, among others: building permits and/or notification of construction works that do not require a building permit;2) execution of construction works in accordance with opera...
