- 1. The subject of the contract is the contractor to perform a comprehensive task consisting in the construction of the IT system to the road records together with the implementation of the Public E-Services Platform, in accordance with the technical, functional and organizational requirements described w document "Description of the subject of the contract" (OPZ).
2. The scope of the contract includes the design, implementation and launch of a comprehensive IT system for road infrastructure management in Rzeszow, along with the full inventory of the road lane (photo report and mobile 3D laser laser scanning road) and developing databases.
In particular, the subject of the order includes:
1) developing data in the geometry of road infrastructure elements, vertical, horizontal marking, traffic safety devices and other facilities in the road lanes, It should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of February 16, 2005 on the method of numbering and records of public roads, bridge facilities, tunnels, culverts and ferries, as well as a register of numbers given to roads, bridge facilities and tunnels with implementation. 2) photo report of the road lanes of public roads and internal properties of the Miasto Rzeszow commune with implementation (620 km)
3) mobile laser scanning 3D road lanes of public roads and internal properties of the Miasto Rzeszow commune with implementation (620 km)
