- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in the construction of the "Kraszewo" water reservoir on the Raciążnica River. The basic goal of the investment is to create conditions for the creation of a small retention reservoir, which, according to "Balance "water and economic management of the Wkra catchment area" developed for the Regional Water Management Board in Warsaw in 1993, clearly classifies a significant part of the Raciążnica River catchment area as an area at risk of periodic water deficits, especially in the area above the Karsówka estuary, i.e. in the area where the reservoir was located. The investment will include the construction of the "Kraszewo" flow-through water reservoir on the Raciążnica River with water facilities necessary for its functioning and operation. Lump-sum settlement. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor, when implementing the subject of the Agreement, employs persons performing the following activities under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code: a) preparatory and earthworks, installation, b) other general construction, c) dump truck operators and truck drivers, d) crawler excavator operators, e) crawler bulldozer operators, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended).
