Krtk Description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the construction of an appointment for a flight miguette of the ambulance in the framework of funding from the RS of the Polish AD Fund: a program of strategic investment., 2) design works on the basis of a functional and user program, and construction works. The investment consists in: a) the completion of complete design documentation (construction project and executive projects) together with obtaining all agreed agreements and allow, in this final building license ,, b) implementation of construction works in accordance with the approved construction project, a building permit, (c) obtaining the required allowances and decisions in accordance with the requirements of the law., 3) a particular description requires a contracting authority to implement the subject of the contract, including design and construction works: a) the scope of construction works should be performed on the basis of a serious executive and construction project prepared by Persons to this authorized on the basis of a functional and usual program., (b) the technical documentation should be developed in accordance with the applicable provisions.
