Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the design, execution and operation of light decorations in the Palm House park in the years 2025-2026, which includes: a) making a new decoration according to the Employer's Conceptual Design consisting of the Visual Decoration Concept constituting Appendix No. 10 to SWZ and Specification of decoration elements constituting Annex No. 9 to SWZ; Delivery and installation of new and existing decorations, including connection to power points, d) provision of maintenance services for new and existing decorations existing decorations throughout the duration of the contract and incurring related costs (controlling and supervising the proper condition of lighting and decorations, i.e. their proper operation and removing any failures and damages resulting from operation), e) Dismantling of new and existing decorations in 2026 (the detailed scope of these activities and the dates of their completion are specified in the Material Scope - Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ) - the decoration remains the property of the Ordering Party,
