Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of logistics facilities and a temporary shelter for civilians in the Lubichowo Commune.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) Design documentation: bill of quantities, design. 2) Technical Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance Construction. NOTE: The bill of quantities plays only an auxiliary role in calculating the offer price by the Contractor. If any works are not included in the bill of quantities and are necessary for the proper execution of the order, the Contractor should value them and include them in the offer price.3. The subject of the order includes: also: 1) implementation of the conditions specified in opinions, arrangements, decisions, permits, 2) measurement works for linear earthworks marked out by an authorized surveyor, 3) preparation of an as-built cost estimate. 4. The works should be performed and completed in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and generally applicable provisions of law in force in the Republic of Poland and the requirements of the Ordering Party, and the management and supervision of the works may be performed by persons who have the qualifications required by law and are insured against civil liability.5.
