• Construction at Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" S.A. on days outside the working schedule of employees employed by the Ordering Party, Services in accordance with the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 1.The subject of the order is: Construction at Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" S.A. on off days work schedule of employees employed by the Ordering Party, services (hereinafter referred to as: Services or Works or Works) in the scope of: 1) coal production and extraction of coal output, preparation of operated walls, drilled workings and shaft equipment mining shafts for traffic; 2) carrying out preparatory works, drilling excavations; 3) performing maintenance, renovation and transport works at the bottom and on the surface of the Ordering Party's mining plant; 4) implementation of rail transport of coal within the area private line 1J Bogdanka and within the PKP PLK infrastructure; 5) performing surveying and geological work; 6) mechanical processing of hard coal, quality control and forwarding of hard coal, handling coal sales (including: scale and fines register, scale and coarse coal deposit, stone weight), correcting the shape and assembling the casing elements - as well as performing other activities specified in the Description of the subject of the order, necessary to provide the Services, using machines, devices, installations, equipment, tools, materials, mining excavations and infrastructure facilities of the Ordering Party. 2.
