Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction and installation works involving the construction, equipment and start-up of a mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant in Osieczna. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to obtain a water permit decisionto introduce treated wastewater into a drainage ditch and to obtain a decision, an occupancy permit, or to obtain no objection to the notification of construction completion. The commissioning of the sewage treatment plant will be considered completed when the pollutant concentration tests are carried out in a circlejno three times within 45 days by the contractor will not exceed the maximum specified in the water permit. The subject of the contract is awarded in full (without division into lots).
