- 1. Description of the subject of the Claw: a) The subject of the fall is the removal of the development of project documentation for the task entitled: Construction of a missing pavement at ul. Kasztanowa on the pocket side on the section from the parking lot behind the center of Maltaski to the east to the existing range, b) orderingDescribes the subject of the fall for the help of the following documents: The planned provisions of the contract (PPU) Stanice, the attachment No. 2 to SWZ, the material scope with the closure of Stancyja Outser 8 to SWZ, c) The contractor is obliged to grant: minimum 24 months, a maximum of 36 months of quality guarantee for the subjectcontracts, number from the next day after the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocou. Deadline and reflections of the subject of the contract: 11 months from the date of conclusioncontracts, with: a) stage I, i.e. initiate proceedings for a decision of 8 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, b) stage II, i.e. obtaining the final decision 3 months from the date of receipt of the stageI.
