Description:
I. Description of the Subject of the Order: II. The subject of the order is the task of preparing design documentation and construction works as part of the implementation of the project entitled: Construction of modular teaching rooms for the Primary School in Kosakowo. III. The subject of the order includes the expansion of the primary school with additional 4 modular classrooms (container) and the necessary communication (corridor) along with internal installations. It is assumed that the investment will be connected to the existing school building by constructing a connector also in modular technology. The investment also assumes the reconstruction of the existing solid waste collection site. IV. It is assumed that the rooms will be finished on a turnkey basis, along with all the equipment necessary for their intended use. As part of the task you should: obtains an occupancy permit.V. Due to the temporary nature of the investment in question, it is planned to implement the above-mentioned projects in the design and build system, using modular solutions.
