The subject of the order is the construction of a multi-family residential building with land development and technical infrastructure on plot no. 1028/32 in Koronowo, together with obtaining a final and unconditional permit for the use of the building. Three-story multi-family residential building with a built-in garage and separate residential premises in the number of 21 units. There are 3 apartments on the ground floor of the building, and 9 apartments on the subsequent floors. On the ground floor of the building there is a separate garage intended for parking 10 passenger cars and a room for bicycles for the building's residents. Vertical communication will take place via a separate staircase and elevator. In the building, a technical room has been designated on the ground floor, where technical infrastructure devices will be located - a heating station, an air heat pump and distributors.
