- 1.1. The subject of the contract is the contractor's completion of an investment task consisting in the construction of seven multi -family buildings together with the accompanying infrastructure and land development on plot No. 3978 in Będzine at ul. Discovered, based on the attached documentationdesign.
1.2. The order includes:
a) construction of the necessary infrastructure related to buildings,
b) construction of multi -family buildings in prefabricated spatial modules with a wooden skeletal structure,
c) earthworks in the area,
d) building works of the building,
e) execution, delivery, deliveryand installation of spatial prefabricated buildings,
f) performing all samples and research on buildings and installations, including in particular tests of building tightness, tightness tests and efficiency of sanitary installations, tests and measurements of electrical and teletechnical installations,Room noise research in buildings and the environment outside)
g) land development
1.3. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract.In the form of a replacement design, it contains an extended range with self -supporting balconies not included in the original documentation.
1.4. The warranty period for the entire subject of the contract is 60 months.
