- The subject of the order is the construction of a multi-family residential building with land development, above-ground parking spaces and accompanying technical infrastructure on plots with registration numbers 451/9 and 451/12, registry area 0001 Majdan Leniowski, registry unit Leniowice. Multi-family building with a shape on a roughly rectangular projection. A building with three above-ground residential floors. The building will include a staircase with a passenger lift serving each floor. There will be 3 residential premises on the ground floor, and 4 residential premises on the first and second floors. Additionally a boiler room, a hydrophore room and a steam room were designed on the ground floor. There will be a total of 11 residential units in the building. Each apartment consists of the following rooms: living room with kitchenette, bathroom, communication, bedroom and/or room/rooms depending on the type of apartment.
