- 1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of project documentation resulting from the functional and usage program (hereinafter PFU) and Robt Construction as part of the task entitled: Construction of a multi-family residential building with multi-functional partners together with the development of land and technical infrastructures 2.The subject of the fall should be carried out according to Forma, design and build: 1) Stage I - implementation of a technical project in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) and the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 WROGRAWO 2020 on a detailed scope and form of the projectconstruction (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679 of 2023, item 2405) on the basis of an architectural and construction design, for which the building permit was obtained and the remaining necessary project documentation, STWiORB, investor/offer cost estimates based on PFU together with obtaining relevantDOVERNING/ZGD/Lack of opposition (if it concerns); 2) STAGE II execution of construction robs on the basis of developed and approved project documentation.
