- The subject of the order is the execution of an investment task entitled: "Construction of a multi-family residential building with technical infrastructure on plots no. 316/2, 309/22, 321/2, 309/32, 321/1 in Wieliczka at Jasna Street" as part of the continuation commenced construction works. Only some of the variable works have been completed so far. The remaining scope is in accordance with the attached tender documentation. The contractor whose offer was selected as the most advantageous will prepare and submit a bid cost estimate based on the bill of quantities and in consultation with the Ordering Party, prepare and submit a material and financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order no later than 7 days before the conclusion of the contract. Introducing changes to the schedule will not be treated as an amendment to the contract and will not require conclusion aneksu do umowy. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce comments to the HRF. The documentation in question includes a design for the construction of a multi-family residential building along with landscaping and parking spaces.
