Description:
The subject of the order in the formula design and build is the performance of design works and construction works, consisting in the construction of a 1C multi -family residential building with an underground garage, along with internal installations and fixed equipment as well as armament and development of land.
NaThe subject of the contract consists of:
• execution based on an architectural and construction design and PZT as well as permission to build a technical design in the construction industry and industry projects in the extent to obtain decisions of supervisory authorities for usebuilding (including fire brigades and sanitary department),
• execution of industry technical projects assuming the construction of an energy -efficient building for obtaining an EP indicator below 30 kWh/(M2 x year), while meeting conditions in the scope of energy saving and thermal insulation for WT 2024,
• Execution of construction works based on already developed projects: architectural and construction, PZT and technical connections as well as development in the formula "Design and build" technical projects of construction and full-branches internal installations (including video monitoringobject),
• execution of technical connections,
• execution based on the PZT project in the field of land development, including 31 parking spaces (in accordance with the marked scope of works - annex 1 to the description of the subject of the contract),
