- 1. The subject of the order is the construction of 2 multi-family residential buildings (social) with 2 floors (including the first floor), without a basement. Each building has 12 independent housing units. There are basic living quarters on the ground floor and first floor as well as auxiliary. The buildings will be equipped with central heating, water and sewage, electricity and gravity ventilation. Radiator installation powered by a designed system with renewable energy, heat pump (air-water). The investment was not implemented and received co-financing from BGK in under the Dopat.2 Fund. The subject of the order includes in particular: construction of 2 multi-family residential buildings (social), construction of an internal power supply line, hardening of the area with parking spaces, construction of an energy connection, construction of a sanitary sewage connection, removal of conflict with a power utility, construction of an external water hydrant along with the expansion of the water supply network, demolition of 3 farm buildings and because
