Mickiewicza 45 A, on plots in the land register no. 146/4 and 146/5, precinct 8 Zacisze, as a result of the entire work construction in the field of construction, which may independently fulfill an economic or technical function in accordance with the decision of the Staroste of Jaworski No. 174/2024 of July 23, 2024 on the approval of the architectural and construction design and the development plan of the trench and on granting a construction permit and in accordance with the Resolution of the Conservator of Monuments No. 222/2024 of July 19, 2024 regarding the permit to carry out construction works
