- 1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works, including land development, as part of the investment "Construction of a multi-functional service building with a boatswain's office".
The subject of the order includes in particular:
Stage I
1) demolition works - demolition and protection of infrastructure elements greenery;
2) construction of a new building with a wooden and reinforced concrete structure
a) with a green roof,
b) with photovoltaic panels,
c) retention tank,
3) land development including:
a) construction of an access road to the building with a concrete surface,
b) construction of an area lighting installation with a monitoring system,
c) construction of mineral paths, sidewalks and wooden piers,
d) planting perennials, bulbs, grasses, shrubs and trees,
e) planting a green roof,
f) construction of a rain garden,
g) installation of small architecture, i.e. terraces, platforms, deckchairs, shelters, recreation area, benches, tables, waste bins, bicycle racks,
4) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a final decision on the permit to use the multi-functional building service with a boatswain's office along with land development on plots no. 4, 8, 2/1 from the precinct 5-06-07, at ul. Solec 8 in Warsaw;
Stage II
5) maintenance of greenery in the development area for a period of 36 months from the date of final acceptance of construction works.
