Short description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works carried out in the design and build formula, including the investment task entitled Construction of a city block in modular technology along with land development at ul. Primate of the Millennium in Ciechanow. ventureIt essentially concerns the design and construction of a single-storey, energy-saving, obka building, with an area of min. 1070 m2 with all necessary installations. the building should be made in modular technology, as an energy-saving building using renewable energy sources, including at leasta heat pump for the needs of heating the building and heating domestic hot water, and a photovoltaic installation ensuring the production of energy in an amount sufficient to cover the energy demand of the facility in the amount of approx.and with full catering, administrative, social and technical facilities, including the occupancy permit.
