Description:
1. The subject of the public procurement is: Construction of the municipal road at Albina Pietrusa Street in Jale2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the design documentation, Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3. Equivalent: a) The Ordering Party, in the case of describing the subject of the order using trademarks, standards, patents or origin, source or specific process referred to in Article 101 section 4-5 of the Act, indicates that it allows solutions equivalent to those described in terms of the adopted technical solutions, materials, products and standards used, provided that those proposed in the offer are significantly equivalent to those specified in the documentation. b) If the description of the subject of the order contains any trademarks, patents, standards or other reserved or exclusive rights, or the origin of the subject of the order or its part is specified - it should be assumed that the Ordering Party, due to the specificity of the subject of the order, provided such a description with indication of the type and allows the submission of offers equivalent in terms of functionality and with technical and operational parameters not worse than those given in the description of the subject of the order.
