1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the project entitled: Construction of the municipal road at Cedrowa Street in Mosty, Kosakowo commune.2. The subject of the order includes the construction of Cedrowa Street in Mosty on the section: In part 1 from Szkolna Street, on plots: 1241, 1244/3, 1245/1, 1244/54, 1244/52 to the good end of the road at the school Orlik. In part 2 (sigacz) on plots (mosty precinct) no. 1244/54, 1244/72(1244/64), 1244/68(1244/28), 1244/71(1244/35), (mechelinki precinct) no. 170/16. Everything should be done on the basis of design documentation prepared by AMPIS PROJECT Spka z o. o. Sp. k., ul. Starodworska 1, 80-137 Gdask - Construction of Cedrowa Street in Mosty, prepared in October 2024, for which a decision on the implementation of a road investment was issued no. AB/RW-6740/118/24/K of October 18, 2024 and a certificate of no objection to the construction notification No. AB.6743.7.83.2023.ED covering surface renovation.3.
