- 4.1 The subject of the order is the construction of a municipal road (ul. Wierzbowa) in the town of Szeligi, Oarw Mazowiecki commune, together with the construction and reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure. 4.2 The scope of construction works includes, among others: - demolition of the surface and road elements on the surface designed road, - preparatory works and earthworks, - construction of new road structures, exits, - arrangement of lawns and green areas, - reconstruction of conflicting networks and technical infrastructure devices, including: electricity, telecommunications and gas networks, - construction of road lighting and sewage systems rainwater, - execution of elements of permanent traffic organization 4.3 The scope of the subject of the order also includes: geodetic services to the extent necessary to implement the subject of the order, preparation of as-built geodetic documentation, traffic organization design for the duration of construction, traffic organization design subject to agreement and approval by the competent authority, providing the Ordering Party with documentation containing attestations, approvals or certificates necessary to start operation, securing horizontal geodetic control network signs, if they appear in ball...
