Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a municipal road with lighting in Wigu, consisting in particular of: construction of a road with an asphalt surface; construction of exits; budowie owietlenia drogowego.W ramach realizacji zadania Wykonawca zobowizany jest rwnie do: wytyczenia geodezyjnego oraz wykonania inwentaryzacji as-built; introducing temporary traffic organization; introduction of permanent traffic organization. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ design documentation. The bill of quantities is included in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with all documents enabling the acceptance of the investment. The planned investment will not be accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with Art. 100 of the Act Pzp.
