Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Construction of the Museum of Remembrance of the Victims of the Volhynia Slaughter and the Center for Truth and Reconciliation of President Lech Kaczyński in Chełm I stage."
The subject of the contract consists of construction works together with the necessary elements of the accompanying infrastructure According to the formula "design and build", including:
1) making complete project documentation,
2) execution of construction works according to the developed project documentation
The detailed scope of the order, terms and method of their performance are determined by:
1) Functional and utility program-Laws No. 9 to SWZ
2) Designed provisions of the contract (PPU) - List No. 6 to SWZ
The Contractor is obliged to perform the order within 15 months from the date of signing contracts, including the implementation of complete project documentation within 5 months from the date of signing the contract.
257 laws PZP, reserves the right to annul the contract award procedure, if the public funds he intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to him.
