Description:
1.Construction of the Museum of Westerplatte and the War of 1939 - Branch of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk - scope 1.
The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of construction works and the construction completion procedure referred to in Chapter 5c of the Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). amended) [hereinafter Construction Law] for an investment task covering the implementation of scope I of the investment called "Construction of the Museum of Westerplatte and the War of 1939 - Branch of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk - scope 1".
1.1. The material scope of the order includes all works, activities and works necessary for execution of the investment task, including the following elements:
- Demolition of elements mentioned in the detailed design,
- Cutting down trees and shrubs necessary to carry out the works, indicated in the detailed design,
- Reconstruction of historical structures located in Westerplatte - shelters ammunition no. 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and the station master's building,
- Reconstruction of the historic embankments of the second line of warehouses,
- Construction of technical buildings in the newly constructed embankment - intended for toilets and utility purposes,
- Construction of an opaque fence along the border with the site military,
- Implementation of readings for ammunition bunkers no. 2, 3, 4, the red wall and the tracks
in pedestrian routes,
- Renovations/maintenance works of the BAS Tower, BAS Shelter, Fuel Warehouse, FORT Facility, Breakwater, existing track,
