Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation and the construction of the national bicycle route No. 3 Rudnik-Racibrz-Krzyanowice, stage I.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the functional and utility program - Annex No. 4 to SWZ. Note! Section II-Ra Stage II included in the functional and utility program is not the subject of the order.3. The remaining requirements are specified in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to SWZ.4. The Contractor's obligation to implement the investment in accordance with the principles of DNSH. Pursuant to Art. 17 Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework facilitating sustainable investments (so-called EU Taxonomy), the Contractor is obliged to apply the principle of no significant damage to the environment (DNSH Do No Significant Harm) both at the design and implementation stages of the investment.
