Description:
The task includes the construction of a social care service building housing supported apartments and infrastructure. The functional layout of the building includes 7 residential premises on the ground floor (supported apartments) and one residential premises for the caregiver, as well as a set of accompanying rooms (including common recreational area - living room, toilets, utility and technical rooms in the basement connected to the ground floor by elevators), hardening of the area and access roads, parking spaces and a yard for containers/waste containers. total usable area of the building 553.27 m2. The building was constructed in brick technology, covered with a reinforced concrete roof. Supplying the facility with water from the water supply network, supplying electricity from the network, and discharging sewage into the sewage network. Building heating with a ground heat pump, mechanical ventilation. Access and reach the building The parking spaces will be paved with Roman grids and concrete blocks. The scope of the task also includes the delivery and installation of an elevator.
