Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a new course of voivodship road No. 527 on the section from the city border to the railway viaduct (Nowobaltycka street).
2. The detailed scope of work is specified in the design documentation and the technical specifications of the implementation and acceptance of construction works, about whichSpeech in art. 103 para. 1 of the Act. Design documentation, technical specification of execution and acceptance of works are attachments No. 8 to SWZ. The bill of quantities was attached to SWZ auxiliary and does not constitute grounds for the valuation of the offer.
3. Description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope specifiedThey have been in the specification of the terms of the contract and the template of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority provides for the awarding of orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act for PLN 50,000,000.00. on the terms specified in the contract model. Detailed object and scope of worksConstruction includes:
1) construction and/or reconstruction of technical infrastructure: roads, streets, engineering facilities, intersections, pavements, bicycle paths, conventions, walking paths, bicycle, bus bays, technological channel, anti -ham and anti -release,
2) worksConstruction former sanitary - construction and reconstruction of dehydration and water networks,
3) construction works of the former electrical, teletechnical, regarding traffic lights and ITS and construction of fiber....
