Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a new headquarters of the KPP in Trzebnica on plot No. 35/96 AM-38, Trzebnica district, together with the construction of auxiliary buildings and land development.
was described in documents constituting annexes to the SWZ:
- design documentation,
- bill of quantities,
- STWiORB,
- guidelines for PDOZ
- additional information for the Contractor regarding the implementation of the subject of the order - Annex No. 9 to the SWZ,
- proposed provisions contracts.

Order does not allow the submission of partial offers comments on the technology of performing works and securing the completed elements. It is unjustified to divide the investment into stages that do not constitute time and technological continuity, and due to the warranty liability and warranty for the completed elements, it is advisable to appoint a general contractor for implementation of the entire investment.
With regard to var. specify. in art. 100 of the Public Procurement Law regarding accessibility for disabled persons, Order informs that the description of the subject of the order includes adapting the building to the needs of disabled people.
