4.1 The subject of this procedure is the construction of a multifunctional pitch with a roofing of a fixed structure, with facilities Sanitary and school with land development and delivery of equipment at Primary School No. 38 at ul. ul. Krochmalna 21 in Łodź (plot nr 120, precinct G15).
