4.1 The subject of this procedure is the construction of a multifunctional field
With A roofing with a permanent structure, with sanitary and school facilities together with land development and delivery of equipment at the School and Preschool Complex No. 3, at ul. Przędzalniana 70 in Łodź (precinct W25, Journal of Laws No. 136, plot identifier 106106_9.0025.136) in the "design and build" system. IN The task is expected to perform, among others sanitary installations (water and sewage, central heating, gas, mechanical) electrical, teletechnical ventilation along with the reconstruction of the existing sanitary sewage connection and the existing water connection, as well as the construction of the installation outer liquid gas with an underground liquid gas tank.
The project is implemented and co-financed as part of the "Olimpia Program-a program of building school sports halls for the 100th anniversary of the first performances of the Polish national team at the Olympic Games".
4.2 Delivery description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1 to SWZ and in the template of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.
