4.1 The subject of the order is the construction of a new school building together with the gym of Primary School No. 130 in Łodź at ul. Gościniec 1 In the System, design and build together with the delivery and assembly of equipment, including in particular: designing a new school buildingand building a new school building connected by a one -story connector with the existing primary school building. The investment also includes the implementation of a new land development with a straight treadmill, parking spaces and roads. The planned project should be carried out usingEcological heat sources. As part of the investment, the construction of a 3-storey, partly basement facility, with a flat roof for a total of 375 children, is expected. As part of the project, clippings, maintenance and development of greenery are expected. The implementation of the order also includes deliveryfurniture and other equipment. As part of the contract, the Contractor in the "design and build" system will be obliged to:
a) the implementation of the project documentation together with the update of technical conditions, opinions, arrangements, necessary decisions, possible deviations from the applicable provisionsenabling the implementation of construction works, including notification of construction works in accordance with applicable law, together with obtaining a building permit decision,
b) execution of construction works, carrying out the required tests and required attempts to the extent necessary to commissiondo...
