Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction, reconstruction and expansion of the track and road system in ul. Nowęglowa from ul. Tramwajowa to be incorporated into ul. Kopcińskiego along with the reconstruction of the viaduct on ul. Kopciński as part of the project "Comprehensive network integration program low-emission public transport in the Łódź metropolis together with the purchase of rolling stock to operate the W-Z route and other communication lines and modernization of tram depots in Łódź (Phase 2 project)”, co-financed by the Fund Cohesion under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Priority FENX.03 Urban transport, measure FENX.03.01 Urban transport. The subject of the contract is part of a project whose main goal is improvement public transport offers in the city of Łódź through the construction of new and reconstruction of existing infrastructure. The primary goal of the project is to reduce automotive congestion, improve traffic flow, safety and reduce negative traffic the impact of individual transport on the natural environment in the city and functional area, increasing the mobility of residents and increasing transport accessibility through the construction of new tram lines. 2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with with the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting an attachment No. 8 to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
