Short description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the development of a comprehensive design documentation and demolition of the existing and construction of a new kindergarten building No. 58 on the plots number 680/8 and 675/29, with a total area of approx. 85a, located in Bytom at ul. New 66. The scope of the task includes the construction of a new 9-departmental kindergarten building with a nursery unit that meets the standards applicable to this type of institutions, along with new land development and parking, technical infrastructure accompanying (connections, reconstruction of colliding networks), taking into account the recreational area for the entire kindergarten area. After the construction of a new kindergarten, a demolition of the existing one-storey kindergarten building, established in the 1970s, including the land development, asphalt curing, connections. Until the construction of a new kindergarten, it is necessary to function the current kindergarten.
