The subject of the order is: design and construction of noise barriers along the A1 motorway on the section from the Kutno Połnoc junction to the Łodź Połnoc junction, i.e. from km 244+300 to km 295+850), on a section of the A1 motorway located in the Łodź Voivodeship, in the Kutno and Łęczyca poviats, in the communes Kutno and Piątek, along with obtaining all necessary arrangements, consents, permits, etc., required by law while maintaining the minimum requirements described in the document: "Performance of noise measurements using the procedure of continuous 24-hour recording of the noise level along with the development investment results: A1 Toruń-Strykow motorway on the section from the border of the province. Kujawsko-Pomorskie/Łodzkie to the ŁodźPołnoc junction (from km 244+300 to km 295+850) /series I (summer) and series II (winter)/".
