Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and, based on it, construction works related to the construction of a two-ward nursery for 40 children (2 wards of 20 children each) on plot No. 14/1, Tace-Kolonia area, Chem commune, together with full development of the area and equipment of the facility, as part of the task entitled: Construction of a bunker in the city of Taka - Kolonia.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes, in particular: 1) Development of design documentation, including: a) architectural and functional concept, b) construction design along with obtaining the necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions in including construction permits, c) technical / executive design, d) industry designs (including sanitary, electrical, ventilation, fire protection and telecommunications installations), e) land development design, f) BIOZ documentation, g) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), h) offer cost estimate and bills of quantities for settlement purposes.2) Implementation of construction works, including the construction of a complete, ready-to-use cloud facility in a modular system with a steel structure along with full finishing, networks, connections, ...
