Description:
The subject of the contract are construction works as part of the construction of a passenger terminal - stage I, related to the construction of the D facility D - temporary arrivals together with accompanying infrastructure and demolition works, preceded by the performance by the selected contractor of the technical and executive project for the selected contractor for the selected contractor for the selected contractor these works and technical specifications of construction and acceptance of construction works ("STWIORB"). In the scope of the subject of the contract, it is also included in obtaining the final decision on the use permit for the abovementioned object.
Construction of object D - Hall of temporary arrivals with accompanying infrastructure and demolition works and the implementation of a technical and executive design for object D
3.1. The subject of the order are construction works as part of the construction of a passenger terminal - stage I, related to the construction of the facing facility D - temporary arrivals together with accompanying infrastructure and demolition works, preceded by a selected contractor for a technical and executive design for these works and technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works ("STWIORB"). In the scope of the subject of the contract, it is also included in obtaining the final decision on the use permit for the abovementioned object.
3.2. The set description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 to SWZ, which consists of:
