- 1) The subject of the order is the construction of the Orlik 2025 sports complex in Trbaczów under the design and build system. The task must be performed on the basis of and in accordance with the provisions contained in the Functional and Utility Program and any other documents attached to the procedure. When designing and executing the works, the entire building should be adapted to the applicable fire protection regulations and to the requirements of accessibility for people with special needs.2) The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation together with the necessary arrangements and performance of construction and assembly works based thereon, consisting in the construction of the Orlik sports complex in Trbaczów in the design and build system. 3. The scope of work was described in detail in the functional and utility program and obliges Contractor to: A.
