- The subject of the order is the comprehensive construction of an outdoor stage building along with land development on plots no. 2944, 2945, 3133 at the Municipal and Municipal Cultural Center in Solec nad Wis. The building was designed to consist of two above-ground floors (ground floor and first floor) intended for outdoor events. On the eastern side of the building, there is an outdoor stage and audience. The usable area of the building is 418.03 m2. The building was designed taking into account the mobility needs of disabled people wheelchair users and older people. The investment includes the construction of: - an outdoor stage building with infrastructure, - water, sewage and electrical installations, - access points and pedestrian routes, - an amphitheater auditorium. The design documentation includes also modernization of the playground, renovation of the fence, development of green areas and a viewing point - these elements outside the immediate area of the building will be implemented in subsequent stages.
