Description:
1. The subject of the pollination is the reconstruction of the office building of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy in Warsaw at ul. Bracka 4 class 2 in the scope of retaining in a passenger DWIG, including: 1.1 Stage 1: 1) construction of an elevator shaft in accordance with project documentation and STWiOR, which is mentioned in point 3.2 SWZ, 2) execution of necessary construction, assembly and installation works. 1.2 Stage 2: Delivery, assembly and launch of factory new, complete office (DWIG and platform) with a bay of the cost of receipt and registration of the Office and obtaining a decision on allowing the office for operation by the Officer Office Technical and obtaining permission to use in accordance with the Construction Law and the decision on permission to structure No. 126/AM/SRD/PB/2025 of 13.06.2025, and in force by law. 1.3 STAGE 3: Maintenance and servicing during warranty period. 2.
