Description:
The order includes: Development and approval of design documentation (in particular construction, technical and executive design) along with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a water permit and a ZRID decision with immediate enforceability and execution of all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and all activities required by applicable legal regulations for the developed PFU. A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) constituting an Annex to SWZ.
