Description:
1. The subject of the order is: design and construction of a footbridge in the town of Rakowa on the Tyrawka stream. The facility will connect an internal municipal road on plots no. 147 and 42 and will be used to service residential buildings in Rakowa.2. The task is scheduled for implementation in the "design and build" system.3. The following scope of work is planned as part of the investment task: 1) development and agreement with the Ordering Party of a conceptual design of a pedestrian and carriage bridge (based on the concept attached to this FUP or in based on the Contractor's own concept while maintaining the utility requirements for the footbridge), 2) obtaining all necessary final decisions, opinions and permits for the investment, 3) developing and completing the construction design of the footbridge along with access and reconstruction conflicting land development and obtaining a construction permit, 4) development of a technical design for the footbridge, 5) development of a technical design for access to the designed footbridge, 6) development of sectoral designs for the designed footbridge, 7) studies design of the final and temporary traffic organization along with all necessary arrangements and permits (if required)8) ...
